Clairissa and Ray: These two are terrific- offering me gourmet meals (at their house or sent to me in a famous Clairissa package) a bed, transportation and great company! Since they live in Seattle, they might meet me at Snoqualmie in September.

This is my sister and housemate Meg (with Artemis). They put up with a month of horrific odors produced by food cooking and dehydrating, (apparently the fish was the most offensive). Meg will join me for about 100 miles of the John Muir Trail in June.

My Family. Brother Henry- who lets live in his apartment building (Portland, ME.) Twin sister Leta who will be sending 17 mail drops and helped me pack until 2am the night I left (she's in Freeport, ME.) Sister Meg (see above), and my mom Retta who will be sending the rest of the mail drops, and providing lots of other off-trail support (from Blue Hill, ME.)
